The exterior of the structure is designed in a modern architectural style in a brown color scheme with a glass facade, projecting balcony lines and a sloping roof. The exterior was designed by Next Engineering Consultants, which specializes in residential, commercial, and mixed-use design. The project includes 335 luxury properties in various sizes and layouts.
