The reconstruction of Ismoil Somoni Avenue is one of the key infrastructure upgrades currently underway in Dushanbe. The project includes improvements to the roadway, the redevelopment of the Ismoil Somoni automobile bridge, and upgrades designed to increase traffic capacity and safety.
