Dubai has launched its first project under the new Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Law with the development of a new courthouse complex in Al Shindagha. The project will be delivered through collaboration between the Dubai Government and private sector partners, aiming to accelerate the delivery of major public infrastructure. The courthouse development is expected to feature modern architecture, advanced building systems, and high-quality construction, creating opportunities for specialized contractors and architectural metal works suppliers involved in large-scale government projects.
